SmartFoxServer 0.9.0 update available

A new update of our SmartFoxServer Lite is available.
The most important addition is the new components for Actionscript 2.0 with related sample files and quick reference document.

SmartFoxServer Lite 0.8.2 update

SmartFoxServer Lite 0.8.2 is ready for download in the Multiplayer Central.
The new version features some bug fixes and some extra documentation to help you with the development.
Also don’t forget to read the Tutorials, as they will introduce you to the many available features of the Server and Client API.

Francisco Rubiales, from motion 4 graphics has kindly sent us a notice about a new open source product they are going to release: FlashBlog.
FlashBlog is an promising blogging system based on a Flash interface and on a Apache/Php/MySql backend.
At the moment the site speaks only Spanish, however it’s well worth a visit!

Flash Studio PRO v2 Mac OSX Plug-In Released

Multidmedia has recently released the Mac OSX plugin for their Flash Studio Pro v2 which enables Flash developers to create stand alone desktop applications for the PC.
With the OSX Plug-in, developers can now create applications for the Mac!
