Race game opponents AI

From Mike's words: I've been asked lots of times how to do AI for race game opponents and this is the solution I came up with - it's not without it's bugs however - as if the opponents encounter a track angle tangental to their trajectory the code will point them back to the x/y coords of the track, this would have to be modified to point the cars in the correct direction if this example is to be implimented.
